NEW in 2026: Fall Rowing (August 31 - October 4) is now a separate program and fee. Please visit the Fall Rowing tab under "Programs" for more information.
*NEW*
Our Masters Rowing Program is designed for adult athletes ages 21 and over, of all experience levels who want to train, improve their rowing skills, and enjoy the camaraderie and excitement of racing!
Whether you’re returning to rowing after time away from the sport or rowing in a recreational program and are looking for more of a challenge, the program offers structured coaching, technical development, and race preparation in a supportive and motivating environment.
Rowers will focus on:

-
Developing efficient rowing technique
-
Improving endurance, strength, and boat skills
-
Learning teamwork and crew dynamics
-
Building confidence on the water
-
Optional opportunities for competitive racing

Sessions will be led by experienced coaches and tailored to accommodate a range of abilities and goals.

The schedule will be worked out with the coaching team with a blend of morning and evening rowing opportunities. This is considered a competitive program and will be run as such so there will be a minimum required number of on-water sessions per week, ergometer workouts will also be used if needed to work around life’s schedule.
Racing will be over 1000m in the spring/summer season and Head Style racing in the fall season.
